NOTICE TO ALL FINAL YEAR STUDENTS.
Academic year 2021/2022
The vice chancellor of ESPAM FORMATION UNIVERSITY informs all the final year students in all campuses that he wants them to go to service immediately after their exams this year 2022.
To make it possible following measures have being taken.
- The school calendar approved by the school management must be strictly respected.
- The second semester exam is coming up on the 19th – 22nd of April 2022.
- The project defense will be coming up on the 25th -26th of May 2022.
The vice chancellor urgently appeals the student’s community to the necessity of a good and academically well written project to ensure quality education and production expected and required in ESPAM FORMATION UNIVERSITY known as the Citadel of Learning.
Therefore pre-defense is necessary and highly recommended for all final year students. Any final year students who refuse to attend the pre- defense will not be allow to make final defense. Whoever has any problem concerning supervisor, Topic or any issue about his/her scientific research should contact the office of the VC,the office of the Registrar, the Dean of student Affairs for help and guidance.
Furthermore, the Vice Chancellor exhorts all the students to be ready, intellectually and financially on time to take part to the different steps of the certification including the second semester exams and the final project defense.
Marking of exams script and deliberation of results are scheduled to be hold latest two weeks after second semester exams.
The BSc. Certificates which requires the results of exams, carry over, defense and deliberation are supposed to be signed in July 2022. Evaluation letter from the Federal ministry of education and NYSC mobilization begins in September 15th to allow the new graduates students to go to service this year.
I expect everyone to follow strictly these instructions and guidelines for a great ESPAM FORMATION UNIVERSITY.
