We train the African elite of tomorrow, we nurture the leaders of tomorrow and this historic responsibility remains the backdrop of our daily concerns.

ESPAM FORMATION has a devoted teaching team and sound lecturers chosen among the best and in conformity with the prescription of the Beninese Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Lecturers among them Professors and PhD holders  and others are recruited according to recognized performance and they are evaluated every year according to their academic positions but also according to the internal evaluations made by the students in relation with their performance.

To date, the teaching body of ESPAM FORMATION includes many Beninese teachers who have the license or authorization to teach in higher education institute, and 90% of them are Doctors or PhD holders. This academic year, ESPAM FORMATION has acknowledged the successful completion of an alumnus who got his PhD in a public University namely Parakou University in Benin Republic. Congratulations to Dr. SABI YO Orou, a former Master student of ESPAM FORMATION, Natitingou Branch. You remain our pride.

We warmly congratulate Prof. DEDEHOUANOU, the President of our University Academic Council, our candidate to CAMES exam, who has been promoted to the rank of “Professeur Titulaire” (the highest international professorship recognition) following the CAMES evaluation. ESPAM is proud of him as well as the entire nation of Benin, having been selected among the best  professors and among the few in Africa.

We are proud to have signed a win-win  partnership agreement with the University of Abomey Calavi by January 2021

Given the bilingual orientation of our university, a number of teachers from other African countries officiate regularly in our university. We are very proud of our specifically those in our Porto Branch who bear with us since three years. The evolution is very good with Dr. Akande and Dr. Popo-ola Victor.

More than anything else, it is indeed education and training that is the priority of our institution, which we proudly call the citadel of knowledge.

Happy to hear from you very soon.
